You are a holder of unit(s) and/or the shareholder(s) of one of the Covéa Finance mutual funds (UCI) listed in the table here in above and we thank you for placing your trust in our company.
Please be informed that changes have been made in your UCI's prospectus and KIID. These changes involved aligning these documents with the latest regulatory developments ("SFT" Regulations and "ESG" criteria) and harmonise them with the assets valuation and recognition rules as outlined hereinafter:
- Alignment of paragraphs on lending/borrowing of securities and financial guarantee with SFT Regulations for UCIs engaged in such transactions;
- Updating of paragraph on ESG policy;
- Harmonisation of asset valuation and recognition rules;
Practical information :
The modified Key Information Investor Document (KIID) and the modified prospectus for your UCITS will be available on the www.covea-finance.com website as from July 13, 2017.
Please examine them in order to know the investment policy for your fund and the associated risks. It is recommended that you read them.
